allanDeHouse™ is an online plushie creatures store based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide various types and designs of plushie creatures. All these plushie creatures are 100% handsewn. They are not Safe for Kids under 5 years old.

Step 1:
Please fill up the online order form and e-mail your order to allantwlun@yahoo.com.sg

Step 2:
We will send you an e-mail notification to confirm stock availability.

Step 3:
Bank in/ Bank transfer payment through ATM, Cash Deposit Machine or Online Banking for Buyers in Malaysia.

Use Paypal ONLY for Oversea Buyers.

Step 4:
We will deliver your order immediately upon receiving your payment.

1. Payment has to be made within 3 days after placing an order.

2. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Goods will be pre-checked before courier.

3. Shipping ( Malaysia ):

* All items will be couried by Post Laju Malaysia. Post Laju Tracking number will be given once the item is delivered. You may track the parcel status by clicking on the tracking number.

* Shipping costs are as follow:

+ Peninsular Malaysia 1 item=RM 6.00, RM 1.00 for every additional item.

+ East Malaysia 1 item=RM8.00, RM1.00 for every additional item.

* Your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there is a public holiday. Please take this into consideration.

Shipping ( Oversea ):

* All items will be couried by Post Laju Malaysia ( Malaysia Post ). Post Laju Tracking number will be given once the item is delivered. You may track the parcel status by clicking on the tracking number.

* Shipping costs are 15 USD, 2 USD for every additional item.

* Your order will arrive within 10 to 30 business days. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there is a public holiday. Please take this into consideration.

4. We also provide cash on delivery (COD) for selected areas ( klang valley ) with a minimum purchase of 2 items.
